“Life happens” is a key philosophy to The Summit Endurance Academy. Finding a training plan to follow is fairly easy, but following that training plan perfectly is difficult as “life happens.” Optimized coaching means the training plan changes WITH your life. Coaching includes:
- Monthly private one-on-one meeting to asses athletic history, recent training history, strengths, weaknesses, goals, race schedule, etc.
- Monthly training plan, customized to the above needs assessment.
- Unlimited communication and adjustments to the training plan to ensure that it is optimized for you and your life.
